Howdy Folks,
I am working on a small, Silverlight video project for a local municipality here in tiny, Rhode Island, USA.
I just don't know Silverlight well enough to meet my deadline, and I am looking to hire a Silverlight Guru Genius who can hit the ground running, and bail me out of this issue. Are you that prodigy?
I have a custom C# .NET application that records and streams our boring, town meetings. The app also creates an XML file with time stamps.
I need help taking in that XML file and figuring out how to index the WMV file, wrap it up in a pretty, Silverlight video player, and post it on our web server with hyperlinks that jump to that point in time. All efforts to make the time stamp work correctly in all major browsers have failed.
Ideally, you could also help tune my Windows Encoder app, written in C#, using the Expression SDK and employing some simple FTP.
I have some money in my pocket, and I'm willing to give it to YOU if you can quickly and creatively advise and code me out of this mess. Please let me know! Thanks folks!
